"Fixed in the end, but slower than I’d expect"
The maintenance issue did get taken care of eventually, but it took longer than I was hoping. My personal standard is simple: if something needs fixing, I just expect a reasonable timeline and a bit of communication. It worked out in the end, but the wait was a little frustrating.
"Shared spaces feel cleaner now"
We’ve been using Common in our building for a while, and the common areas are looking a lot better. The hallways, bins, and random little messes seem to get handled without me having to follow up with anyone. It just makes coming home feel nicer, especially when that stuff is actually taken care of
"Pretty clear fees, but don’t make me reread stuff"
I’ve been using Think Common for a little while, and the billing has been mostly straightforward, which I appreciate because I really don’t have the patience for hidden fees or surprise charges. The costs were shown before I paid, and I never felt like they were trying to sneak anything in.
The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is that one part of the invoice was worded in a way that made me stop and reread it, which annoyed me a bit. Nothing major, though. Overall, it feels fair, clear enough, and way better than a lot of other services.

"Support got my issue fixed fast"
I ran into a problem and reached out to support, and they got it sorted out quickly. It was a relief not having to go back and forth forever, and I felt taken care of by the end

"Decent spot, just not the quietest"
I stayed here hoping for a calm, private place to relax, and overall it was okay. Nothing was terrible, but the noise was definitely noticeable. I could hear other people easily, which made it feel a little less private than I expected. If you’re just passing through or don’t mind a bit of background noise, it’s probably fine. But if you really need quiet or your own personal space, it might not be the best fit.

"Support took a while to figure it out"
I ordered from Common and ended up needing to contact support because my issue wasn’t really clear. The first response I got felt generic, almost like it was copied and pasted, and it didn’t really answer what I was asking
They did follow up later, but it took a few days and I had to explain the same thing again. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just slower and more frustrating than I expected

"Flexible Lease Terms Made Things Easier"
The lease terms were really flexible, which made a big difference for me. Life doesn’t always fit into a strict timeline, so it was nice to have options that actually made sense...

"Comfortable stay with useful amenities"
I stayed at Common for a few months, and for me it felt like a easy, comfortable setup. The furniture was mostly fine, nothing fancy, but it did the job. Having the kitchen and gym amenities made day-to-day life a lot more convenient, which I really appreciated. The couch could definitely use an upgrade, but overall I saw the place as practical, cozy enough, and a good fit for what I needed at the time.

"I moved out last month and..."
I moved out last month and thought the whole deposit thing might be a hassle. The process wasn’t perfect, I guess some of the emails could’ve been a little more detailed, but really, it was easy overall. They sent my deposit back faster than I expected and there weren’t any random extra charges, which I really appreciated.

"Slower and less helpful than I expected"
I expected things to be a lot smoother with thinkcommon.com, but my experience was frustrating. I had a few property management issues come up, and just getting someone to respond felt like way more effort than it should have been.
Emails would take days to get a reply, and sometimes I didn’t hear back at all. When they did respond, it often felt like they hadn’t really read what I sent, which made the whole process even more tiring.
I wasn’t expecting everything to be fixed overnight, but I did expect basic communication and the occasional update. Instead, I felt like I had to keep chasing them for simple answers, and that was really disappointing.
"Internet drops way too often"
Most of the utilities have been fine, but the internet has been really frustrating. It cuts out during calls, which is embarrassing and annoying, and it also slows down a lot at night when I’m trying to relax or get things done. Support was polite enough, but the problem still isn’t fixed. it’s been disappointing because I just want something I can count on.

"This place is actually really convenient for me..."
This place is actually really convenient for me. It’s close to pretty much everything I need, so it’s been an easy go-to in the neighborhood.

"No red flags for me"
I used the site and everything felt normal from start to finish. No strange pop-ups, no sketchy moments, and nothing that made me second-guess it.

"Fair rent for someone watching their budget"
As someone who’s budget-conscious, I was relieved by the rent here. It feels fair for what you get, and it was cheaper than most of the other places I checked out.
"Feels like a friendly neighborhood spot"
I stopped in for the first time sometime last month, or maybe it was late the month before, and it really had that easygoing local feel. People seemed friendly, the vibe was relaxed, and it felt like the kind of place where the community actually shows up.

"Worked out well for me"
I used thinkcommon.com to find a roommate, it made the whole process easier for me than digging through random listings. The match I got felt compatible with my lifestyle, especially since we had similar habits and were looking around the same budget. I did have to go back and forth with a few messages before things felt settled, which was a little annoying, but in the end it worked out well for what I needed. I’d give it 4 stars

"Leasing was fine, application was a bit slow"
The leasing info was clear, so that part was fine. The application process just felt a little slow, slower than I expected, and I had to follow up a couple times. Nothing awful or anything, just kind of annoying.

"Clean and ready to go"
When I moved in, the unit was really clean, which was a relief because you never totally know what to expect. Everything looked like it had been taken care of, no weird smells, no random mess left behind, just straightforward and in good shape. So far I’m happy with it and haven’t had any issues.

"Move-in was way easier than I thought"
I moved into my Common place last week, it was way less of a headache than I was expecting. Like, moving is usually one of those things where something goes sideways, but the info they sent beforehand was clear, so I wasn’t sitting there confused or trying to track someone down for every little thing.
Getting my keys was simple, finding the room was simple, and the apartment was already clean when I showed up. There were a couple small things I had to sort out once I got in, nothing crazy though, just normal move-in stuff where you’re figuring out where things are and how everything works.
Overall, I’m happy so far. It made moving into a new place feel a lot less stressful, which I really appreciated because I was already tired from the whole packing and hauling everything around part...
